Valerie Glenzell McConnell is the Founder and Independent Broadcast Distributor of VAL TV Network Sports & Entertainment, an independent television production and distribution platform based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
McConnell has produced and hosted more than 100 television programs, covering professional boxing, sports, entertainment, and community stories. VAL TV Network programming features interviews with athletes, coverage of major sporting events, and original entertainment programming.

In March 2020, McConnell launched her first production facility, VAL TV Studio, producing interviews, television segments, and live discussions from Las Vegas. She later expanded her production work through studio collaborations including VegasPlus.us Studio operated by IMEX Studios and MDD’s Consultant Studios, continuing to produce broadcast content and interviews.
In addition to her broadcasting career, McConnell is part of the historic television legacy of Soul Train, where dancers and performers helped shape the global influence of music, dance, and pop culture.
Her contributions to the Soul Train legacy have been formally recognized through official honors from the City of Chicago, City of Los Angeles, and the United States Congress.
Today, McConnell continues expanding VAL TV Network Sports & Entertainment, producing television content featuring championship boxing coverage, athlete interviews, and entertainment programming distributed across national broadcast platforms.
